Great house with amazing sea view, large pool in a beautiful neighborhood village with excellent restaurants near by. The housekeeper provides a superb service cleaning the pool daily and the house if needed. The air-condition works as desired and the WiFi is fast. Just come back from a week away here. The four of us (two adults and two young teens) had an amazing time. The pool was glorious - temp perfect not too warm or too cool, and a great size. Enchanting location with stunning sea views. Quiet and relaxing. Emmanouli and his on-site staff were always helpful and courteous. The "shopping" service before our arrival was perfect. Impeccable logistics and communication, excellent responsiveness! Everything went well, it was too cold to enjoy the pool, which is maintained every day. Very beautiful view, absolute calm. Our stay in Villa Livadia was more than disappointing. I mean the location is great but the villa is in such bad shape that you can’t ask for 2300 euros per week The week before we were in a fancy hotel for the same amount . Huge beautiful swimming pool very well cleaned each day. We appreciated our stay. The house we rent had two bedrooms. This villa could have 5 stars if it had more cutlery & plates and if the air conditionner was less loud. The villa is well situated and has a wonderful sea view.

Séjour au calme et avec une super piscine La maison est au calme et permet de se reposer en profitant d’une belle vue. La piscine est très confortable et bien entretenue. La maison est agréable même si elle parait moins bien entretenue (fuites d’eau).

We had a wonderful stay at villa Livadia. The house belongs to a complex of 7 / 8 villas (villas Amygdalia) with a small taverna where you can have breakfasts and diners. The villa Livadia is a bit apart, and thus really calm. It has a beautiful view with amazing sunsets. The Livadia villa is a nice house with a beautiful view, overlooking the seaside, every evening a spectacular sunset. It's far away from tourist activities, which we enjoyed. We also enjoy the large pool. The owner family was very friendly and helpful.
