Kimothoe villa is a part of a villa complex located at Livadia village. In the interior you'll find a spacious open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a 32” smart TV, air conditioning and Wifi.

It can accommodate up to 9 people in its four bedrooms: on the ground floor there is one bedroom with 3 single beds and ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, on the first floor two more bedrooms are located, both with a double bed and ensuite bathrooms.. A baby cot is also available upon request. There is also a washer and an iron for your exclusive use. An extra person can sleep in a folding bed.

Stepping outside where a large 14x3,5m pool awaits (with a kids pool section), you’ll be invited to relax under the sun and enjoy refreshing dips at your leisure. With panoramic views of the sea stretching out before you, the outdoor space of our villa is the perfect spot to unwind and savor the beauty of the surroundings. Kimothoe villa is located at the south west part of Chania prefecture near the village of Livadia.

The nearest beach is only 950 meters away, while the nearest sandy beach, Stomio beach, is only a 10-minute drive. One of the most famous beaches, Elafonissi, is only 20 minutes away. It’s like paradise on earth and has a wonderful beach with pink coral sand and crystalline waters. It is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. It will make your vacation stay unforgettable.

The village tavern is within walking distance from the villa, while there are several others 10-20 minutes away.

Located not far from the villa, the Agia Irini Gorge is a popular hiking destination. It offers a less crowded alternative to the more famous yet further away from the villa Samaria Gorge, with equally stunning natural beauty.

Other sites you may enjoy, include Paleochora village, Agia Sofia Cave, Kedrodasos Beach, Monastery of Chrysoskalitissa and many others.

We had such a wonderful stay in Livadia! The house was amazing—beautifully built with stunning stone details that gave it so much charm and character. We especially loved spending time outside on the patio, enjoying meals in the fresh air.
