Eligibility
In the event of documented Force Majeure, specifically defined as armed conflict, regional instability, or official government travel advisories (Level 4 "Do Not Travel") issued by the guest's home country that directly impede travel to Crete, the following policy applies:
The Flexibility Voucher
Rather than the standard cancellation policy of our properties, guests may opt for a Travel Credit Voucher within the cancelation policy. This voucher represents the full value of the funds already paid and is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the original arrival date.

Example A: The Flexible Traveler
You booked: A Flexible Rate with a 30-day refund policy.
The Situation: A major regional conflict is declared 15 days before your flight.
The Result: Since you are within the "No-Refund" window (less than 30 days), you are now protected by our Global Guarantee. You will receive a 100% Travel Voucher to rebook your stay within one year.
Example B: The "Smart Saver" (Non-Refundable)
You booked: A Non-Refundable Rate to get the best possible price.
The Situation: A "Do Not Travel" advisory is issued for the region 2 months before your trip.
The Result: Even though your booking was "Non-Refundable" by standard terms, our Global Guarantee kicks in. You receive a 100% Travel Voucher to use for a future holiday, ensuring your money is never lost.
Terms of Use
Vouchers can be transferable to another person/group and always subject to villa availability. If the seasonal rate for the new dates is higher than the original booking, the guest will be responsible for the difference.
