E-Commerce & Sales Specialist
Department: Revenue & Sales
Responsibilities
- Uploading and managing new properties on the company website and across multiple online distribution channels and booking platforms.
- Entering and updating rates, special offers and availability across online sales channels.
- Ensuring the correct and consistent display of property information, rates, availability and promotions across online channels.
- Collaborating with the Revenue & Sales team on the day-to-day management of online distribution and sales activities.
Requirements
- Familiarity with **OTA and online booking channels**. Previous experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, Reservations, OTA Management or Distribution will be considered an asset, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Understanding of rates, availability, promotions and online distribution.
- Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, particularly Excel.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours
- Full-time position with rotating shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Alternatively, a six-day working schedule of 7 hours per day may be considered.
