Lefkothea villa is a part of a villa complex located at Livadia village. In the interior you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a 32” smart TV, air conditioning and Wifi, all seamlessly integrated to create the perfect setting for relaxation and comfort.

It can accommodate up to 8 people in its four bedrooms, two double and two twin. You’ll also find four bathrooms, all featuring bathtubs. A baby cot is also available upon request. There is also a washer and an iron for your exclusive use. An extra person can sleep in an extra bed.

Stepping outside where a 14x3,5m pool awaits, you’ll be invited to bask in the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoy refreshing dips at your leisure. With panoramic views of the sea stretching out before you, the outdoor space of our villa is the perfect spot to unwind and savor the beauty of the surroundings. There is also an electric BBQ and an outdoor shower for your exclusive use.

Location

Lefkothea villa is located at the south west part of Chania prefecture near the village of Livadia.

The nearest beach is only 950 meters away, while the nearest sandy beach, Stomio beach, is only a 10-minute drive. One of the most famous beaches, Elafonissi, is only 20 minutes away. It’s like paradise on earth and has a wonderful beach with pink coral sand and crystalline waters. It is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. It will make your vacation stay unforgettable.

The village tavern is within walking distance from the villa, while there are several others 10-20 minutes away.

Located not far from the villa, the Agia Irini Gorge is a popular hiking destination. It offers a less crowded alternative to the more famous yet further away from the villa Samaria Gorge, with equally stunning natural beauty.

Other sites you may enjoy, include Paleochora village, Agia Sofia Cave, Kedrodasos Beach, Monastery of Chrysoskalitissa and many others.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa magnifica villa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione è tranquilla, comoda alla spiaggia di elafonissi. Le due terrazze offrono una vista stupenda sul mare.

Wir haben in der Villa einen wunderschönen und sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Perfekt für Familien, die einen ruhigen Urlaub fernab vom Tourismus genießen wollen. Supermarkt und sehr gute Tavernen/Restaurants trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe.
