Breathtaking sea view at newly renovated Villa Artemis with private pool, 20min from Elafonisi beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The view is spectacular and the villa is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The hosts, Shmegi and his wife, provided great local recommendations including a magical natural swimming hole 3 minutes from the property. They were very helpful and responsive. The property is in more of a remote area which was difficult to get to. Shmegi ... more

Nous ... more

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we have had and we have had quite a few. The place was clean, spacious and had a 10/10 view. Perfect for our family of four. The restaurant stomio 10min drive away was incredible and we visited it 3x. Air conditioning was incredible as was the pool. Shmagi and his wife were very responsive and we never felt we were short of anything we needed.

Great place with fantastic views. Attentive host. Would recommend

Beautiful accommodation close to Elafonissi, in a quiet and beautiful location. Nice restaurant nearby. Straightforward check-in. As shown in the photos

Fantastic stay with an absolutely incredible view and a perfect location. We pretty much had the place to ourselves, which made the experience extra calm and relaxing. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere and a fantastic base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

The word DREAM describes it best. What a house and what a location! Just 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Crete. You can watch the sunset from the kitchen and living room while having dinner, or you can enjoy the villa's huge outdoor area. Pool, sun loungers, etc. Everything is perfect. We will definitely book again.

We had a marvelous stay here and I would highly recommend renting this villa for a few days of peace. The host and housekeeper were extremely helpful, responsive and flexible with us. Everything was pristine and the space is larger than I had thought form the photos. A family of 4 would have plenty of room to spread out. It’s located in a small village so there isn’t much within walking distance s... more

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa in Crete. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the villa was spotless, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen and villa itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was excellent, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the location was also great, with several lovely restaurant... more

Villa Artemis was beautiful, very well-maintained, and well-equipped, offering the complete privacy we were looking for. Communication with the host was excellent, and we lacked nothing. A word of advice for future visitors: there are no pharmacies in this part of the island, so we recommend stocking up before your arrival.

The perfect place for a few days of relaxation - amazing villa and view! Check in and check out was fab - we were well looked after

Gorgeous private house with an incredible view. Helpful staff who are attentive and considerate. Great comms. 10 /15 minutes' drive from Elafonissi Beach. Best to hire a car, but otherwise Paleochora taxi & mini bus office were super helpful for transfers.

The location is unique, the house fantastic and the service exceptional. Pretty accessible with a wheelchair and a very considered host. What else can you ask for an excellent vacation break ? Thank you Manos!

We spent some relaxing days in beautiful surroundings. Received a warm welcome on arrival. The accommodation offers everything you need to feel at home. If we had any questions, someone was always available. Thank you very much :)

Fabulous villa with amazing view. We left the screened windows open at night to hear the sea below. Secluded and private; it was just the right space for enjoying the wild beauty of western Crete.

The house is just as lovely IRL as the pictures. A little hard to find, but worth it. You need a car as it is remote and preferably a small one as the parking is narrow and the last bit of road narrow. We spent 5 nights mid October, the pool is alot colder than the sea, so only I used it while the family found it too cold, but there is a lovely natural stone sea pool a 5 min drive from the house a... more

The accommodation is a bit out of the way (about an hour to a larger supermarket), but the small town has absolutely everything you need! It was perfect for us, as it was easy to unwind. The view of the sea and the sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated, so you immediately felt at home. The pool was a bit too cold for my taste, but otherwise, I highly rec... more

We stayed here for 6 nights in September and it was more than we could’ve hoped for! The villa does look exactly like the photos but I would say even better in real life. The villa should have some sunset photos as part of the listings, because it’s west facing we had the most stunning sunsets to watch every evening! The check in was easy, Schmagi and his wife were great, there were some food and ... more

A truly stunning location, and an Airbnb like no other I've stayed at. My husband and I booked it for our honeymoon and it was everything we expected and more. The villa itself was incredibly stylish and very comfortable - it has all of the amenities you can think of, even ones I wouldn't normally expect (a dishwasher - what luxury on the seaside!), and it seemed like every little detail was thoug... more

Wonderful villa, breathtaking views, very friendly owner and staff dedicated to check-in and cleaning. An earthly paradise for those seeking tranquility in a dream villa far from the chaos of Chania.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Artemis! The house is absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host was always quick and effortless, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. There are so many things to experience and enjoy here, but unfortunately, our time was too short to try them all. That just gives us the perfect reason to com... more

Excellent accommodation with stunning views, Stunning views, excellent accommodation, very well equipped and beautiful, nice pool, Bit remote but it was not a problem since we had a car

The view, the quality of the villa, the very pleasant layout for successful barbecues in the evening, friendly and very alert hosts

This was a stunning and beautiful place to stay with incredible hospitality and support throughout our stay from hosts Shmagi and his wife. They gave great local recommendations also. Manos from Cretevillas4u and the concierge for the villa helped us feel immediately at home on arrival with a fridge full of food and arranging incredible experiences throughout the week such as sailing and finding a... more

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! The view from the terrace was particularly beautiful – the sunset was a highlight every evening. The area is quiet and the apartment is tastefully furnished. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property overlooking the sea. The location is fantastic if you want to get away from it all. Very friendly staff that were very helpful.

Great location away from the main stream with access to some of the best beaches in this part of Crete. The house was beautiful and spotless. Shmagi and his wife were very responsive when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

If you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed, a little bit out of the way but within easy reach of everything you need, this is a great option. The views and sunsets and stars are amazing. The owner, Lefteris, and his dad looked after us really well. Highly recommended.

Our family of four had the most relaxing stay at Villa Artemis. Lefteris met us at the property and from the moment of his warm welcome, we felt right at home. The photos of the villa speak for themselves, endless sea views, cicadas chirping and at night the most amazing star gazing, with no light pollution. The villa had air conditioning which was very appreciated and comfortable beds. We... more

Very nice villa with amazing view, 10 minutes from one of the best beaches in Greece. And I did kite surf too!

Super emplacement pour cette villa très confortable

It was awesome (see our entry in the guestbook), beautiful sunsets, only 10 min. Drive to Elafonissi beach and nice walks along the coast right from the house. Just have a drink while relaxing in the pool. We recommand also the tavern Gialites Thank you for these great holidays in the house

If you want to relax and get away from the world this is the villa you want to stay in. The property is awesome and very relaxing. There is a bar restaurant on site with a great host (Mike). Plan on spending some time here and you will forget the world (unless you bring your devices since they have WiFi!!).

A very nice place for holydays!!!!
