The new holiday villa has an open-plan layout with a living room featuring comfortable seating , a 55-inch Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo, and air-conditioning for guests to enjoy. Villa Tessera offers a fully equipped kitchen area with facilities including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, blender, mixer and citrus press. A WC/bathroom is also located on the ground floor.
Villa Tessera has 3 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms to accommodate its guests. The ground floor’s bedroom offers two single beds and air conditioning and has direct access to the BBQ and pool area. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-size bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the rooftop terrace overlooking landscape and sea view. The third bedroom is located in a separate guest house that has its private entrance. It features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool-BBQ area. Two towels per guest and a hairdryer are provided. Cleaning and fresh linens are provided every 3/4 days. An iron and ironing board and a washing machine are supplied for guests to use. A baby cot and a high chair is also available upon request.
Villa Tessera is equipped with a glorious outdoor entertainment area, offering plenty of poolside seating, dining and bbq facilities with a built-in bbq and an outdoor shower. The large swimming pool is a beckoning spot for guests to chill out while gazing out over the island landscape. The gardener takes care of the garden and the pool is being cleaned 3 times a week.
