Private Beach and Perfect for Big Groups, Katerina Villa

A great Villa in a very good location, we enjoyed the house , pool and beach. We were a party of 14 and the gang loved this vacation.

We had a super time at Villa Katerina. The gardens and views are superb as are the pool area and having access to the sea at the end of the garden is a bonus . It's proximity to the main road makes it very easy to find and to travel to and fro, and any traffic noise was barely noticeable. We were a group of 12 people spanning 3 generations, celebrating a Golden Wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have found a better spot and will definitely return. Es ist ein schönes Haus und Grundstück, besonders der Garten. Die Lage ist aber etwas schwierig, direkt an der Autobahn ist der Lautstärkepegel hoch. Dafür aber sehr nahe an Rethymnon. A beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa built in around 2000 with fantastic outside entertaining areas for large group holidays. Ideal for groups of adults wishing for some individual privacy but great to share the pool and large outside dining options. The views over the sea from the terrace are stunning.

A clean modern villa overlooking the sea with plenty of space in the large grounds to relax, swim in the pool or barbecue in the outside kitchen. Perfect beachfront location. Beautiful, well maintained, large house and property. The only deficit were the very uncomfortable mattresses in the two double rooms in the main house. Perfect for larger groups.

Villa med udsigt God beliggenhed lige ned til dejlig stenstrand (husk badesko). Ligger tæt på den store vej. Det er praktisk men giver også lidt trafikstøj. Villaen er delt op i 4 boenheder: 3 små nedenunder og en stor ovenpå.

This villa is AMAZING, we had one of our best holidays so far. Wonderful location. Beautiful, large property. Large pool (but not appropriate for nonswimmers because 2 meters deep). Taverns in walking distance. Private beach… Everything for a perfect holiday!!!
