Es ist ein schönes Haus und Grundstück, besonders der Garten. Die Lage ist aber etwas schwierig, direkt an der Autobahn ist der Lautstärkepegel hoch. Dafür aber sehr nahe an Rethymnon. Die meisten schönen Sandstrände sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. A beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa built in around 2000 with fantastic outside entertaining areas for large group holidays. Ideal for groups of adults wishing for some individual privacy but great to share the pool and large outside dining options. The views over the sea from the terrace are stunning.

A clean modern villa overlooking the sea with plenty of space in the large grounds to relax, swim in the pool or barbecue in the outside kitchen. A few metres from the gardens is a short path to a small pebble beach with crystal clear water to swim and snorkel. Katerina Villa is in a beautiful spot with breathtaking views of the sea and bay. It is a nice, well designed, and well equipped house. Manos and team are the best managers of a Villa I’ve stayed in-from booking to checkout, the process was super smooth and excellent. The Villa we stayed in is truly in an excellent location. Perfect beachfront location. Beautiful, well maintained, large house and property. The only deficit were the very uncomfortable mattresses in the two double rooms in the main house. Perfect for larger groups.

Villa med udsigt God beliggenhed lige ned til dejlig stenstrand (husk badesko). Ligger tæt på den store vej. Det er praktisk men giver også lidt trafikstøj. Villaen er delt op i 4 boenheder: 3 små nedenunder og en stor ovenpå.

This villa is AMAZING, we had one of our best holidays so far. Every detail of the house is taken care of, you can swim in a perfect pool or in the sea by just taking the stairs, you can enjoy the sound of the crickets that make you feel like you’re in wonderland, you can use the bbq and eat outside by watching a beautiful sunset. Wonderful location. Beautiful, large property. Large pool (but not appropriate for nonswimmers because 2 meters deep). Taverns in walking distance. Private beach… Everything for a perfect holiday!!!

We had a fantastic week with our 15p family in this gorgeous villa! Amazing! There is always a risk when you book a villa. We are a big group of 16 and we need space for everybody. Everything worked out perfectly for us at villa Katerina.
