You will find there everything you might require such as grocery, baker, bars, restaurants and many shops. The land terrain is rocky with many gorges and mountains leading to sandy beaches, a common Cretan landscape. In case you want to visit a bigger city, Rethymno is ideal for daily excursions offering a variety of things to see only 25 minutes of drive away. It is famous about its Venetian port, castle and old town offering you a great cultural experience.

We stayed in this beautiful Villa with 4 teenage sons. The Villa was absolutely perfect I couldn’t fault anything. It had everything you needed. The communication was perfect, location absolutely perfect , it was right by the beach and next to a fabulous Taverna. We would definitely stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Manos. The villa is located very close to the beach in a quiet location of Plakias. We found everything we need to have a relaxing journey at Plakias. The tavern next door is also excellent. The whole family recommends the house.
