La Villa Lakinthos Nouvellement construite en Bordure de Mer dans le Sud de Rethymno

Very beautiful house, perfectly maintained and in excellent condition. Warm welcome and very easy contact with Maria, who was flexible and gave us many recommendations. The house is spacious, very well located and very quiet, and opposite the most beautiful beach in Plakias, not overlooked. Very pleasant swimming pool.

We were guests with friends and felt very comfortable throughout. Special mention must go to Maria; her care and support were invaluable, thank you again for that. The daily pool service and the one-time cleaning service per week were also excellent.

A very nice house right on the beach in Plakias, just a quiet road to cross, no problem even for children. Everything was very clean, well-organized, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Maria on site was very friendly and gave us some great tips. Thanks again for the flexibility with check-in. I have no complaints.

Vi ønsket oss en uke på et fredelig sted i et fint og familievennlig hus, med sol, varme, kort vei til standen og gangvei til resturanter. Og det var akkurat det vi fikk. Anbefales.

Absolutely fabulous villa, Maria our host could not have been more helpful and engaged, generally delightful. The location is amazing, we hired a car for a few days to explore further but there is plenty in and around Plakias if you don't fancy the narrow roads; boat trips, travel agent for tours, diving school. Easy walk to tavernas and supermarket and great walks along the lower cliff path. Will... plus

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Plakias. La maison est très spacieuse et agréable pour notre famille de 6 personnes. Maria et son équipe ont toujours été disponibles, extrêmement réactifs à nos demandes et adorables. Il y a plusieurs tavernes à proximité et des supers beach clubs. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison pour passer de superbes vacances!

This is a spacious, modern and well equipped villa. Spotless and very good WiFi. Comfortable beds and each bedroom with its own bathroom. Private terrace off the master room and very close to the beach. Some nearby bars and the main town area is easily walkable. Very responsive host and great vfm. We had a car and used it to explore the island, but there is a lot to do and see in the local area. W... plus

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in ausgesprochen guter Lage. Wir haben in Plakias kein vergleichbar schönes Haus gefunden. Bietet auch bei starkem Wind guten Schutz. Alles war sehr sauber. Einziges Manko waren die doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen Kopfkissen. Wir wurden von Maria äußerst freundlich hervorragend betreut.

Villa Iakinthos in Plakias is an absolute gem. It's one of the only houses across the beach that also has a pool and sea view from the garden. The house has all amenities you could ask for and is very clean. Manos was very proactive prior to our arrival and was flexible when our flight time changed. Amazing villa. We could not have asked for more. The swimming pool was lovely and the view from the bedroom and balcony was stunning. Perfect location with a short walk to the main part of the village. Loved it and will be back!!

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit Meerblick, toller Dachterasse, Grill und sauberem Pool. Der schöne Strand von Plakias ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und im Wohn- &Essbereich ist viel Platz. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

We stayed in this beautiful Villa with 4 teenage sons. The Villa was absolutely perfect I couldn’t fault anything. It had everything you needed. The communication was perfect, location absolutely perfect , it was right by the beach and next to a fabulous Taverna. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Manos. The villa is located very close to the beach in a quiet location of Plakias. We found everything we need to have a relaxing journey at Plakias. The tavern next door is also excellent. The whole family recommends the house.

Very nice holiday house for families close to the beach. Perfect service and help from Chris. We had a lovely stay and certainly one of our best holidays in Europe. We’ll definitely return to Crete!

Excellently located villa We enjoyed this villa for a month. It is great having the option of the pool or simply walking to the beach for a swim which is only a minutes walk away. All the rooms are of a high standard as is the kitchen. We liked how quiet the area was as well as being able to walk easily into the village for shopping or Taverna’s.
