The house is modern and spacious, the garden and pool are very well kept. Excellent welcome from Vanna with welcome drink. Many good restaurants nearby.

We had a perfect week at this villa. Excellent location to walk to the beautiful Plakias beach and the huge number of fantastic restaurants in the town. There are also so many exceptional beaches to explore within an easy drive, so there is plenty to keep you occupied. An absolutely ideal spot for a relaxing break.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und praktikabel, mit perfekter Ausstattung. Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten jede Menge Platz. Ein wunderbarer Kreta Aufenthalt!

Wir wurden sehr gut von Vanna empfangen und die Villa hatte genug Platz für uns 6 Männer um sich auch mal alleine zurückzuziehen bei den 8 Tagen aufeinander. Alles war in super Zustand und sehr sauber und auch die Lage war perfekt, da man nur knapp 5 Minuten zum Meer laufen musste. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Villa und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa luxueuse et prestation de très haut de gamme. Hôte hyper réactif et souple, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable. Le seul défaut à été le bruit des travaux dans les lotissements en construction voisins sur une bonne partie du sejour.

We had a great stay at the Villa. Was spotless clean on arrival and cleaned once during our stay. Very comfortable beds, high-quality furnishing, all very good. Nothing was missed. Garden is also nice, pool very clean and temperature was good even for October. Location is perfect for Plakias, walking distance to the beach, tavernas, shopping. We definitely would stay again when visiting Plakias.

The villa is modern, spacious and equipped with everything you need including washing machine, dish washing. There is plenty of crockery and all kitchen utensils, appliances and gadgets, including spices. The fridge freezer is big. The bedrooms are big enough and beds very comfortable. Modern, clean, all we needed, extremely comfortable beds, good showers, Vana was an excellent host, great location. Only a few points to mention. The grass in garden was very long, could have done with some more storage in the bedrooms

Trevligt hus med bra plats för 7 personer. Det nedre sovrummet var lite tråkigare än de 2 övre på övervåningen. Gräset runt poolen hade kunnat klippas och trimmas för bättre intryck. Boendet var helt fantastiskt och matchade alla våra förväntningar. Både Vana och Manos har varit så hjälpsamma både före och under vår vistelse. Huset är lokaliserat på gångavstånd till alla restauranger och stranden i Plakias. Huset var rent och snyggt och vi fick det även exemplariskt städat under mitten av vistelsen. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Vår familj om 5p tillbringade 1v i Plakias. Boendet passade oss perfekt med gott om plats, hög standard, fin pool och tr Rymlig, vackert inredd villa med fin trädgård och pool. Das Ambiente ist sehr modern und ansprechend. Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Man kann also auch mit einer größeren Gruppe beide Häuser mieten. Im Garten gibt es ausreichend Liegefläche und mittlerweile auch eine Überdachung für Schatten im Barbecue Bereich.

Fungerade väldigt bra för våra behov. Det blev väldigt halt när det blev blött när barnen badade i poolen som blev ett orosmoment.

Maison tres agreable car lumineuse( grandes baies), avec 3 salles de bain, des lits confortables et un tres bon équipement. Une piscine tres appreciee par notre petite fille de 5 ans et un barbecue pratique au gaz qui nous a permis de faire poisson et brochettes..les restaurents, commerces et plage sont tout proches, ce qui permet d y aller à pied.bref, un tres bon séjour que l on n oubliera pas.

We had a lovely vacation in Casa Filo Villa. It is a 2 stories house with a nice garden and a swimming pool which is also suitable for little kids. On the ground floor there is a nice bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen + a small dining area (from our perspective the dinning area was not that comfortable). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Leuten und hatten eine sehr schöne zeit. Haus war etwas kleiner als gedacht, war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Das Highlight war aufjedenfall der Außenbereich mit Pool. Es gibt innerhalb von ein paar Hundert metern alles was man braucht. Insbesondere gute Restaurants und diverse Tavernen. Das Haus ist zum weiter empfehlen!

The villa was excellent and we were very happy with the location, the cleanliness, facilities and outside space. The check in etc was excellent and the en-suite plus 2 additional bathrooms was very useful. Overall we had a great stay at the property.

The villa is a great spot with a lot of space for our big family (five persons). We really enjoyed our stay. Plakias is a nice place to be with a beautiful beach and good beach bars. Some other interesting beaches are really close as well.

Brilliant from start to finish. The house is absolutely beautiful and have everything you could need and more. In addition, the hospitality was extremely warm and welcoming. I stayed by myself but I could see the place also being ideal for a family or a party of friends. Couldn't recommend more!

The house is really great! Perfectly located close to the beach of Plakias. Other beaches n sights (eg Prevelli) can be reached easily. The house was super clean n well preserved, the pool n BBQ made it perfect. The hosts were always available n very helpful n caring. We can definitely recommend this place. All the best for u!

Great location and very comfortable for our family. The hostess met us with snacks and drinks and stocked a few things in the refrigerator. The pool is great and there is a washer in the house which was handy.

We were a group of 7 and had an amazing time at Casa Filo. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures. The villa is close to the beach, to restaurants and to different supermarkets. Our host Vana was very nice and lovely and helped us with everything. She was definitely one of the best hosts we ever had. We highly recommend Casa Filo

The house was perfect. Air conditioner in all rooms. All it's clean. The garden and swimming pool are beautiful places to enjoy in the morning or in the afternoon coming back from beach. The owner so kind. The host will help you with a rich guide of Crete. All was great!

Die Gastgeber sind perfekt, die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und sieht super aus! Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich Top. Mit Auto sind auch alle Spots innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Strand und die dort angelagerten Restaurants sind 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Für uns hat alles gestimmt, die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen!

Des hôtes plus qu’accueillant. Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine. La villa est très propre, moderne dans un quartier calme. Cadeau de bienvenue, des attentions pendant le séjour, et un cadeau au départ. Vous allez profiter d’une belle piscine propre et nettoyée avec soin. Je ne regrette pas de tout et je reviendrai avec plaisir.
