This trendy, modern villa in Plakias, Crete, is within walking distance of a sun-kissed sandy beach and numerous holiday conveniences.

This villa is perfectly situated for discovering the local area. We were a group of seven on a walking and swimming holiday in April. There were so many different coves to visit plus the walks up into the hills to Myrthios and Sellia were well worth the effort. Highly recommend Taverna Dionyssus in Myrthios and Sirocco restaurant in Plakias. Stunning views and delicious food at both. Vianna was th... more

We had a wonderful stay. Manos was very kind, always willing to help, and his communication was quick and excellent. The house is spacious, pleasant, and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and felt right at home. Mrs. Vanna gave us a very warm welcome, and she also surprised us with a delicious snack and a breakfast basket—a lovely touch. We are very happy and would definitely recommend it... more

Very warm welcome. Very transparent communication. Fast help in case of questions. Bakery, restaurants etc.in walking distance. The only thing I was missing was a cutting board in the kitchen. So realy nothing to complain about. We can fully recommend this property.

We had a great time in Plakias. The villa was just as advertised. Really clean and modern. Lovely warm welcome from Vanna and so nice to have the pool cleaned everyday. The location was ideal only a short walking distance to the beach and loads of lovely restaurants! Would definitely recommend.

Accommodation as described, we felt very comfortable

We had a wonderful week's holiday in Plakias at Villa Rosso. The villa was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. It was really spacious, great size bedrooms and really clean with great amenities - though we chose to eat out every evening we had everything that we needed to cook at home. The pool was cleaned every day which was great. The location was brilliant, an easy walk to local restaurants, s... more

Everything was great, I didn't want to leave, I recommend this villa with wonderful hosts, friendly and very kind people.

We were very pleased with the villa! It is very well equipped for a holiday with several people, and the port of Plakias was just a few minutes' walk from the property. The villa also had a spacious parking space, so it was easy to park a car there. The house was also very clean and was completely cleaned once during our stay. We felt very comfortable, especially thanks to the easy communication w... more

What a fabulous location and an amazing villa - I can’t fault the communication and support from start to finish. Manos was responsive and proactive and Yana who met us at the villa was lovely and totally flexible when our delayed flight meant it was the early hours before we got there. The villa itself was brilliant with everything you could need and the pool topped it off. The garden was private... more

me and the family had a great family' vacation! highly recommended for any looking for a getaway

The villa had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and we received a lovely welcome from our host, Vana, who shared some Greek traditions. The private pool was a great place to relax. The villa's location was quiet, perfectly situated near the sea with beautiful mountain views.

Everything was fine.

Great house! Great beds and a very central location. We stayed there for nine nights, and the house was cleaned every three days. Very pleasant. We liked the proximity to the Plakias promenade. The pool is fantastic. It was a bit cold in April, of course, but since we had great weather, we were still able to jump in the pool every now and then. We were there with three children (1, 4, and 7 years ... more

Really nice and thoughful staff. A welcome treat awaited us when we checked in and house and pool were cleaned during our stay. A highly recommendable accomodation!

The villa was very nice. We liked the location, just a couple of blocks back from the beach meaning it was quiet, but just a few minutes walk to swim, eat and drink (or get a massage!). Vana, the owner, met us at check in at a pre-arranged time and also came and cleaned the house every few days. Provided a very nice welcome pack and lots of local recommendations. There were also really good inform... more

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in, would highly recommend and definitely be back again! Extremely clean and tidy, very helpful host and responded to any questions so quickly. The best stocked airbnb I have stayed in, had any amenity for cooking / cleaning you could possibly want. Very kind host left lots of food and snacks for us which was greatly appreciated. super nette Betreuung, tolles Haus und *Danke* für den Restaurant Tipp..Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker ?

Great place close to the beach. Friendly and helpful host. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

This was such an excellent place to stay. The host was so welcoming, the villa is beautiful and in a great location, and the beach is right there. The villa’s pool was perfect for the kids too. Plakias is a nice little town. We were there very early in the season. Not everything was open, but we had restaurants to choose from in a quiet town surrounded by beautiful countryside. We loved everything at the Villa. We travels as a Family with 5 adults. We had enough space for everyone. The villa is 5 minutes walk from the Center of Plakias. The Host, Vanna was such a nice and lovely person. She recommended us many restaurants and beaches.

Host molto disponibile.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The villa was spotless and in a perfect location. Vanna was there to welcome us with a very nice selection of Greek snacks and a glass of Raki and was always on hand to answer any questions we had about the villa or the area. The location is perfect. Walkable to restaurants, beach, bars, supermarkets and several other fabulous beaches less than 10 minute drive away... more

Welcoming host with in person instructions, basket and recommendations! They cleaned the house mid week and left us more gifts. Plakias is a very good spot, probably 10 beaches less than 10 minutes or the main one that is just a short walk distance. At night you can enjoy extra drinks in the local restaurants and walk back to the house worry free. Thanks Vanna!

The rooms where absolutely great and very clean

Sympathische Gastgeberin, sehr schönes großes Haus mit guter Ausstattung.Perfekt!!!! Alles sehr sauber .

Excellent villa and location close to the beaches and restaurants in Plakias.

Manos’ Villa was clean, modern and very well stocked. We were welcomed on arrival by Vanna who stayed in communication with us & was friendly and helpful throughout.

Modern and clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Big parking space right in front of the door. Wonderful pool area but unfortunately we were not able to use it during April. But must be perfect in the hot season. There a no complaints at all but If you are looking for an apartment with a nice view then you may look for somewhere else as the neighbor buildings are right in front of you. The... more

Vielen HERZLICHEN DANK! Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!
