The exclusive villa rental provides an exquisite base from which to explore the diverse island or just relax in this enchanting part of northern Crete. Villa Hyperion can accommodate up to 14 guests in sumptuous grandeur. The private luxury villa has a trendy living area, comfortably furnished with two large leather sofas and a nesting coffee table, as well as a 65 "Samsung Smart TV, DVD player, and HD Satellite TV. There is also a fireplace, air conditioning, wine cellar, and guest bathroom available.The dining area is host to a large, olive wood table and 12 dining chairs, illuminated by two contemporary ceiling lamps. Villa Hyperion has an elegant, modern kitchen with a built-in oven and smooth electric stovetop, a microwave, and a Whirlpool stainless steel 4-door refrigerator with icemaker, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, and a kettle. Furthermore, there is a flat-screen TV, a kitchen bar with 4 chairs, and a hanging wine glass rack. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen extension with a Miele refrigerator and storage space. The luxury villa’s two master suites each boast a king-size bed with bedside cabinets, floor-to-ceiling balcony windows with beautiful sea views, and a large flat-screen TV. Each suite has a large wardrobe with a digital / card safe box. The en-suite bathrooms have double sinks, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a shower. There are 3 bedrooms with twin / single beds pushed together, sharing balconies with the master bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). The last 2 bedrooms are similarly furnished but share an outdoor area, each with its own seating. They also have a bathroom with a shower but no bathtub. On the lower floor of the private villa, there is a gym space with a treadmill and home gym equipment including a weights system. Adjacent to this is a Hamam steam bath with a relaxation area, shower, and toilet. The immaculate outdoor area is home to a heated infinity pool (seawater) with an idyllic sea view, a relaxing Jacuzzi area, and a waterfall jet. The roofed terrace holds a monastery-style table that can seat up to 20 diners, and a room with ample storage space, indoor showers, and a toilet. A barbeque, wooden oven, wall fireplace, and worktop with sink are available for visitors. There are also sun-loungers and an open-air shower with hot and cold water for guests to enjoy. A path with steps leads down to the walking road, from where visitors can gain private access to the sea.
