Wood and stone are prominent all over the building, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Dazzling white on the walls works as canvas for the old-style furniture, while decoration is kept simple and modest.
The villa consists of three smaller apartments and one studio. In this listing you have the chance to rent all of them, which makes it ideal for large groups or families.
The apartments are laid on a single floor, offering ample space. Each can easily host 5 guests, in two spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, an open-plan sitting area with a fireplace and carefully selected elegant furniture, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a guest WC. All modern equipment is provided. What’s more, they all feature spacious verandas with amazing views to the enchanting bay of Agia Pelagia.

There is also a playroom with a bathroom.
On the outside, Anemomilos Villas are nothing short of magnificent. Two large swimming pools sit at the center of the garden coupled with two children’s pools. Sun beds and patio furniture give you the chance to relax and enjoy the mind-stopping views, while barbeque facilities and parking area are also provided on the back.
Important Notice:
-Pool Heating for Both Pools is possible upon request, for an extra charge of 455 Euros per week and 200 Euros for a 3-night stay
-19 people sleep in beds, and the rest will use the sofas that are situated in each one of the apartments
- The use of fireworks during weddings or other special occasions held at the villas is strictly prohibited.
-The minimum age requirement to book this villa is 25 years of age
-Common quiet hours 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
After 23:00 the music should be very low or play music indoors.
