Loved it! Fantastic villa in quiet location with absolutely amazing view! Don't miss the sunrise. A/C in every room. House keeping was impeccable and the property manager Margarita was very kind and accomodating. The walk up from Ligaria beach was a bit of a hike, at least when it is 35°C outside. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

I would give 100 stars if I could. Our villa was perfectly clean, spacious, and felt very chic and cozy. The view from the patio and pool is almost too good to be true. But the best part was how helpful our hosts were — they helped us organize massages and even a private chef at the house. We’ll be talking about our stay in Agia Pelagia for years to come!!

Awesome villa in great location with AMAZING views! The owner was so accommodating allowing us an early check in and we were pleasantly surprised with the welcome food they had for us. Clean, comfortable, and all around one the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot! Thanks for the hospitality :)

It was a very pleasant stay at the Kokomo villa near Agia Pelagia. The view is breathtaking and the area is very quiet! We had everything that we needed at our disposal and we recommend this accomodation! Thanks a lot to Manos, Despina and team! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

This villa is absolutely amazing and staying here was by far the best experience we have ever had. The photos don’t do justice, the view is stunning, the interior is of very high quality and everything is super clean. Manos is the best host, he sent us a detailed guide on what to explore in the area and even bought some drinks and snacks upon our arrival. We will definitely will be back!

What an amazing place to stay! We literally couldn’t fault anything about the villa/facilities or location. It’s been the perfect week! Would recommend going into Heraklion for dinner at Peskesi, incredible!!

Das Haus, der Blick, die Ausstattung …. es war alles einfach nur wunderbar und vom Feinsten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Despina, unsere Gastgeberin, war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Amazing Villa with a great view and awesome infinity pool. The villa is equipped with everything you need, even with food and drinks in the fridge. The check in was easy and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

KOKOMO was spectacular and better than pictures. The place is very new and modern. We loved the setup and decor, Despina prepared some welcome food and drinks for us, she was so helpful with tips and recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay at KOKOMO.

We had the most wonderful time at Kokomo Villas. The house, its exteriors and the views were one-of-a-kind. The host took our stay from incredible to extraordinary with some food on arrival and through the week, recommendations, help getting a trainer/masseuse, quick responses and just a very friendly attitude.
