Fully equipped for the perfect holiday experience, this trendy new luxury villa Kokomo Gaia overlooks the beautiful bay of Lygaria.

Jederzeit wieder!! Traumhaft und alles war perfekt.

Our visit at the Gaia villa was beyond blissful and perfect. It was clean and well stocked and even better than the pictures show. If we could give it one hundred stars we would. We are looking forward to returning. The villa is in a great location and Despina was a wonderful host. Truly cannot say enough good things about this property and our vacation there. We are recommending it to friends.

We have a fabulous two weeks, villa was beautiful and exactly as the photos showed! Host was great with communication and helpful restaurant suggestions etc. would love to go back!

We absolutely loved this villa. From check in to departure, we had great communication from the team, helping us with recommendations and reservations. The villa itself was gorgeous, very tastefully decorated and a stunning view from the terrace and pool. Some welcome items on arrival were very gratefully received as we got to the villa quite late.We would love to come back again.Thank you.

We, two couples, had a wonderful stay at Manos's accommodation. The villa is beautifully furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea. The decor is simple yet very stylish, and you'll find many thoughtful touches, such as mosquito repellent, sunscreen, games, olive oil, and much more. There were three sets of snorkeling gear and several air mattresses. Upon arrival, as others have mentioned, we w... more

We had a fantastic stay at Manos in Agia Pelagia. The accommodation is 100% as shown in the photos and was just as lovely as expected. It was particularly positive that a few small things to eat and drink had already been prepared when we arrived – a very nice touch. We did have a small problem with the safe, but it was resolved immediately and without any fuss. The path to the beach is quite stee... more

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at this Villa and we highly recommend it. Especially the host and Despina who went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, brilliant service from start to finish. We hope to return sometime soon.

Amazing villa and amazing scenery! Host went above and beyond for us.

We had a great time, despite the bad weather – the accommodation is truly perfect!

Very good accommodation Actually even better in person than the amazing pictures Very private, excellent quality Good weather in November as well. Thank you

We loved staying in the villa. The view was breathtaking, the apartment was very tasteful furnished and the kitchen was equipped with more we could have asked for. Also a lot of restaurants were in walking distance The communication was very easy and proactive.

Enchanting, relaxing days with a dream view! Everything! The location, the view, the pool, the wonderful peace and quiet, the short (albeit admittedly steep) walk to/from the sea.

Place was exactly as described, and very spacious. Perfect if you have a car since there’s a nice parking space for each villa, and the view was probably the best you can get in the area. Felt right at home immediately. Villa itself was lovely and already had all the supplies (kitchen supplies, bathroom amenities, towels etc) that we could’ve needed, and the housekeeping service was a nice touch. ... more

Great friendly host and a fantastic place. Very relaxing, has all that you need and the villa market service was amazing! - so great to arrive to a fully stocked fridge and BBQ on your first night also a lovely touch to have cleaning twice during the week - fresh towels etc.

Perfect stay, the villa is stunning and the hosts have been very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gaia!!! The villa and the services are of high quality which allowed us to fully enjoy our family vacation. The location is perfect for moments of relaxation and the setting is just sublime. We were welcomed by Despina who was adorable with us and the children!!! I would recommend this accommodation with my eyes closed to my acquaintances who would like to discover... more

Very beautiful villa. Obviously, the view and the pool are breathtaking! The villa is immaculate, very well decorated. We appreciated that the host allowed us access to the villa earlier. The welcome was very friendly. Exceptional welcome pack (fruit, fresh croissants, eggs, cheese, milk, coffee, water, wine) never seen before for an Airbnb! Impeccable cleaning, redone in the middle of the stay, a... more

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The hosts were incredibly kind, gracious, and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Communication was seamless — they were always available to chat and responded quickly to any questions or requests. Couldn’t recommend this place more! So tastefully done, great views across the bay, everything was very clean and well kept, kitchen fully equiped. Great location, walkable down to the beach although it’s quite hilly (automatic car advised) but that’s just the area! Good restaurants in the bay, would highly recommend the seafood and meat restaurant.

If you are unsure whether to book this Airbnb, let this be your sign to do it! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we were blown away by everything from start to finish. The pictures really do not capture just how amazing this Villa is! I would definitely recommend a car whilst you visit, however, if you are looking for a quiet escape then this does just that! 10/10, thank you so much!!!

We stayed here for a week and had the BEST time. Villa is better than the pictures, so well equipped - kitchen has everything you need! The view is unreal! Pool is fab! It really was a wonderful stay.

The house is home away from home! Highly recommended. Every little detail is there for your convenience.

What an amazing stay. We traveled to three areas in Crete and this was our favorite. The views were amazing and the villa was clean and modern. We are already planning our trip back!

The Villa is fantastic! Very well equipped so that we didn’t miss anything. We stayed with 1 child and 2 adults and were super happy with the place, the amenities and the service which was provided: never had an airbnb that offers cleaning service during stay or small presents / surprises during the stay. This is above our expectations. Highly recommend the host and the area which offers not only ... more

Beautiful villa within walking distance of two beautiful beaches. Stunning views overlooking the sea. Fab place, attentive and helpful hosts. Would absolutely come again. X

We had an incredible stay! Communication was very quick and easy. Once we arrived, we were greeted by our host, Despina who showed us around and was lovely! She was so sweet and even stocked our fridge with eggs, yogurt, water, wine, bread, fruit and some pastries. The door handle was loose and I texted her to let her know. She came by later that afternoon and fixed it herself along with bringing ... more

We really enjoyed our stay at Kokomo. The Villa was perfect and the Lygaria location was lovely. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place, amazing host, amazing week. We want to go back already! Short walk to everything you need and everything at the villa was stunning. Despina stayed up late to let us in when our flight was delayed and even dropped off baked goods part way through the week. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved this place. Even more beautiful than the photos. Beautifully designed, amazing pool, great location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We didn’t want to leave. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Very friendly and welcoming host.

I had a lovely relaxing stay at Kokomo Villas, Villa Gaia is beautifully decorated to a very high quality, modern, spacious, very well maintained & very clean. What a beautiful villa! We had a wonderful holiday at Kokomo. Manos was super responsive and helped us coordinate a personal trainer and a rental car. The villa was equipped with a baby crib, high chair, and a baby bath, an added bonus! The views were stunning and we loved swimming in the pool.

Incredible Villa! Would highly recommend staying here. The view over the water is amazing. Manos and team were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely return!!

Schöner Ausblick und gut ausgestattetes Interieur.

Idyllic place !

Manos responded promptly to any questions I had even before we arrived. The owner of the villa, Despina, offered to pick us up at the airport since we are arriving late. Which I thought was very kind. She even provided coffee , milk, juices, water etc for breakfast the next day. The villa is well equipped and very clean. Easy to navigate wherever we want to go. Amazing place to stay, thoroughly enjoyed the location and absolutely everything was thought of by the host. Highly recommend

Our stay at the Gaia Villa was absolutely amazing. Despina is the kindest host you can possibly wish for and made our stay even better. There is a cleaning service every other day, the view is impeccable and the house feels luxurious. Couldn’t recommend this enough! If you’re in doubt: book it, you won’t regret it!

4 of us stayed in Gaia Villa which is an amazing villa, high spec and beautifully decorated, this is a very peaceful place with amazing views. Lygaria bay is gorgeous to swim in . We went in Oct/Nov and would recommend hiring a car as the smaller little bay towns are starting to close for the end of season. We shopped in larger towns where everything is still open and buzzing but not too busy. We ... more

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at Kokomo Villas and we really enjoyed the privacy and spacious home, with a gorgeous view to boot! Our host Margarita was very responsive and attentive. Super Villa, phantastischer Ausblick !

My Wife and I visited Crete to get married! We stayed here during the trip and it was absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful Honeymoon, and Kokomo Villas was the perfect home base! Our host Margarita was very very helpful, and so nice! Loved every second of the private, peaceful stay, close to everything you need. And the friendly cats always come to say hi! Thanks again!

Our second time here. The property is lovely and exactly as in the photos. We were welcomed back by Magarita. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the fabulous views down to the beach. When we did move, we revisited some restaurants on the Agia Pelagia beachfront. This was our fourth time with cretevillas and their properties and service have always been excellent.

Very fast replies and super friendly

A beautiful location with a lovely view. We really enjoyed the stay. The villa was the perfect size for a family of 4. It was nice to have a towel change and cleaning visit (twice) during the week. Great host

Awesome villa. Great location. Lots of privacy. Beautiful pool. Very well equipped kitchen.

Amazing location, home, and great hosts. We had a wonderful trip, and will be coming back in the future!

Siivous toimi erinomaisesti. Hyvät aamiaistarpeet ensimmäiseksi aamuksi mm. hedelmiä, leipää, leikkeileitä, juomia. Alue on mukavan rauhallinen. Nice stay! Beautiful space & very well appointed. Great communication, easy to check in and check out. They even cleaned every 2 days which was amazing at an Airbnb. The only thing I would say is the lead photo must be “dated” because there are big power lines that are in your view looking towards the sea and beach from the pool and patio area. It’s a really big eye sore and I think they should re... more

We have just got back from our stay at Kokomo villa and from start to finish, this was a 5* experience. The villa is even better than the pictures and our host was so accommodating. We had an awesome stay at the Kokomo Villas. The view is stunning and the house cozy and welcoming. The interior design is exquisit and aesthetically thought through. We appreciated it to be welcomed with some food essentials in the fridge. We definitely recommend staying at the Villa and would come back.

We had the best time at this villa for a girls trip! It felt secluded and private but incredibly safe. We were greeted at the villa by our wonderful host and were given many local tips and recommendations. The villa is 5-10 mins drive from two stunning beaches and is a five minute walk from a small shop. For us, the experience from booking to checking out was perfect!

Magnifique villa. La vue est à couper le souffle. Une très bonne adresse !

This property is hands down a 5/5. Most properties are smaller when you get to them, but somehow this location was much bigger than we expected from the photos. My girlfriend and I loved every second of our stay here, and I would definitely recommend this property to honeymooners or any couple looking for a romantic get away! Although you do have neighbors this property is EXTREMELY private so you... more

The Villa is as good as it looks in the fabulous pictures. Everything is perfect inside and out. We had a lovely, relaxing time and really made the most of the infinity pool area and outdoor dining table. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived and cleaned during our stay. Absolutely relaxing stay! Facilities of the house and service were very good. Great view. The villa met all our expectations, even the fridge was stocked with little things on the day of arrival. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing is missing.

Really great stay!

Amazing view. The villa met all of our expectations and close to the beach as well as restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect. The warm welcome of Margarita, the intentions put at our disposal when we arrived, the cleanliness of the place, the design of the villa, a very nice view of the bay.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We loved the villa and were incredibly comfortable there for our week’s stay. Many thanks.

Loved it! Fantastic villa in quiet location with absolutely amazing view! Don't miss the sunrise. A/C in every room. House keeping was impeccable and the property manager Margarita was very kind and accomodating. The walk up from Ligaria beach was a bit of a hike, at least when it is 35°C outside. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit. À refaire…

I would give 100 stars if I could. Our villa was perfectly clean, spacious, and felt very chic and cozy. The view from the patio and pool is almost too good to be true. But the best part was how helpful our hosts were — they helped us organize massages and even a private chef at the house. We’ll be talking about our stay in Agia Pelagia for years to come!!

Awesome villa in great location with AMAZING views! The owner was so accommodating allowing us an early check in and we were pleasantly surprised with the welcome food they had for us. Clean, comfortable, and all around one the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot! Thanks for the hospitality :)

It was a very pleasant stay at the Kokomo villa near Agia Pelagia. The view is breathtaking and the area is very quiet! We had everything that we needed at our disposal and we recommend this accomodation! Thanks a lot to Manos, Despina and team! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

This villa is absolutely amazing and staying here was by far the best experience we have ever had. The photos don’t do justice, the view is stunning, the interior is of very high quality and everything is super clean. Manos is the best host, he sent us a detailed guide on what to explore in the area and even bought some drinks and snacks upon our arrival. We will definitely will be back!

The villa was such a great experience and everything was perfect. The Design, the pool and the view. We enjoyed every minute there . The service from your side was also great. At last, everything was perfect and we would look also in the future to book a villa about your site. Thank you very mich

The other reviews tell the story, this villa is FANTASTIC. My wife and I spent a week here and didn't want to leave. The views were stunning, the home is so well decorated, and Despina/Manos were fantastic hosts! The little beach town was just a few minutes walk down the hill and we loved Liber Restaurant. What an amazing place to stay! We literally couldn’t fault anything about the villa/facilities or location. It’s been the perfect week! Would recommend going into Heraklion for dinner at Peskesi, incredible!!

It definitly looked even better as on the photos. Villa was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Everything is really modern, with a good quality.

Everything is fantastic

This place is absolutely amazing! Just hands down amazing! The 5 star experience starts with your arrival and lasts during your whole stay. Absolutely incredible villa… nothing but wonderful things to say about our hosts, the location, and our stay. We will be back!

Amazing Villa with a great view and awesome infinity pool. The villa is equipped with everything you need, even with food and drinks in the fridge. The check in was easy and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

KOKOMO was spectacular and better than pictures. The place is very new and modern. We loved the setup and decor, Despina prepared some welcome food and drinks for us, she was so helpful with tips and recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay at KOKOMO.

Absolutely amazing place. It’s impossible to describe it with words. View and pool are just stunning. Also inside you don’t miss anything. Fridge was even filled with a lot of food and drinks. For sure my beat experience so far. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for everything! It was so beautiful, clean and the service was excellent! I really liked the way we could communicate if we had a question! We will come back at any time!

Villa was amazing. Everything is stylish, modern, with a good quality and great facilities. Interior of this villa will inspire you. Terrace and view are so beautiful.
