Idyllic place !

Despoina hat uns herzlich empfangen. Croissants und Brot zur Stärkung standen bereit und wurden zwischendurch auch nochmal da gelassen. Der Kühlschrank war ausgestattet und bat alles notwendige, um nach der Anreise zu verschnaufen. Und war eine stabile Internetverbindung wichtig, da wir neben der Erholung gearbeitet haben. Das passte alles. Wir waren zu viert und sagen alle, dass wir wiederkommen!

Manos responded promptly to any questions I had even before we arrived. The owner of the villa, Despina, offered to pick us up at the airport since we are arriving late. Our stay at the Gaia Villa was absolutely amazing. Despina is the kindest host you can possibly wish for and made our stay even better. There is a cleaning service every other day, the view is impeccable and the house feels luxurious. Couldn’t recommend this enough! If you’re in doubt: book it, you won’t regret it!

My Wife and I visited Crete to get married! We stayed here during the trip and it was absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful Honeymoon, and Kokomo Villas was the perfect home base! Our host Margarita was very very helpful, and so nice! Loved every second of the private, peaceful stay, close to everything you need. And the friendly cats always come to say hi! Thanks again!

Our second time here. The property is lovely and exactly as in the photos. We were welcomed back by Magarita. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the fabulous views down to the beach. When we did move, we revisited some restaurants on the Agia Pelagia beachfront. This was our fourth time with cretevillas and their properties and service have always been excellent.

Nice stay! Beautiful space & very well appointed. Great communication, easy to check in and check out. They even cleaned every 2 days which was amazing at an Airbnb. We had an awesome stay at the Kokomo Villas. The view is stunning and the house cozy and welcoming. The interior design is exquisit and aesthetically thought through. We appreciated it to be welcomed with some food essentials in the fridge. We definitely recommend staying at the Villa and would come back.

We had the best time at this villa for a girls trip! It felt secluded and private but incredibly safe. We were greeted at the villa by our wonderful host and were given many local tips and recommendations. The villa is 5-10 mins drive from two stunning beaches and is a five minute walk from a small shop. For us, the experience from booking to checking out was perfect!

Loved it! Fantastic villa in quiet location with absolutely amazing view! Don't miss the sunrise. A/C in every room. House keeping was impeccable and the property manager Margarita was very kind and accomodating. The walk up from Ligaria beach was a bit of a hike, at least when it is 35°C outside. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

I would give 100 stars if I could. Our villa was perfectly clean, spacious, and felt very chic and cozy. The view from the patio and pool is almost too good to be true. But the best part was how helpful our hosts were — they helped us organize massages and even a private chef at the house. We’ll be talking about our stay in Agia Pelagia for years to come!!

This villa is absolutely amazing and staying here was by far the best experience we have ever had. The photos don’t do justice, the view is stunning, the interior is of very high quality and everything is super clean. Manos is the best host, he sent us a detailed guide on what to explore in the area and even bought some drinks and snacks upon our arrival. We will definitely will be back!
