The spacious villa’s living quarters span over 183 sq.m., with a lovely light and airy feel, and are set within a beautiful estate full of olive trees, aromatic plants, and fruit trees, approaching half an acre. The area surrounding the villa and its land consists mainly of olive groves, creating a sense of seclusion. At the same time, its thick stone walls offer natural insulation, while all rooms are fitted with fan coil units that provide ambient cooling and heating for maximum comfort.
This holiday home has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own TV set. It has 4 bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and adjacent dining and living room with a dining table seating up to 8 persons. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area are situated on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and small appliances that you may wish for, including a cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso coffee machine. The living room also boasts a cozy fireplace and stylish forged cement floors adorned with handmade tiles. For those wishing to combine their holidays with a spot of work, a desk with a computer and printer are available in the living room area.
The first bedroom is situated in the back part of the ground floor. It has an impressive, minimalist four-poster double bed, as well as a private bathroom, and opens up to a verandah leading to the private swimming pool and the villa’s garden. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor, each with en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds that can be easily joined to make one large bed, and has its own balcony with a two-person jacuzzi. The second one is the master bedroom, with a uniquely designed bed made of forged concrete and access to a spacious courtyard featuring a magnificent olive tree. All beds have anatomic Dunlopillo mattresses for maximum comfort and are set with top-quality bed linen and comfortable pillows, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep.
One of the most attractive features of this holiday rental is its outdoor seating area. You can take in the unobstructed sea views, swim in the private, heated pool of 45 sq.m.—which includes a children's swimming section—enjoy your meal, or sip a glass of wine under the stars, all with unobstructed views of the breathtaking surrounding scenery.
