The exterior swimming pool has a size of 40 sq meters and is decorated with large stone built columns like an ancient Minoan building. The pool can be partially shaded by a moving sun roof.While entering the living room is elegantly decorated with modern comfortable furniture and large views of olive groves and nearby mountains. A 42 inches LCD satellite TV and INTERNET WIFI will keep you company while resting indoors. A large brown wooden table completes the room ideal for dining at special occasions. The kitchen is fully equipped with luxury accessories and is designed as a working surface semi-inset. Alivia villa can accommodate up to 7 guests in its 3 bedrooms, 2 of them, double twin or twin beds, located on the ground floor with pool and garden access. On the first floor there is a king size bed with en suite bathtub and jacuzzi . Its balcony is equipped with a sun terrace and a cozy siting area.
The villa has 2 safe private parking spaces.
Important Notice:
-Surcharge of 10% on the rate, if an extra bed is added upon the client’s request.
-Cretan Breakfast is served by a chef at the villas’ common outdoor breakfast area, from June 1st to September 30th, daily from Monday to Saturday. Breakfast is served on extra request & charge 25€/person.
-Pool Heating is available on extra request & charges 420 per week from April to October, with a minimum charge of 3 days. To be requested in advanceys.
