Villa Phaidra is a seafront luxury villa situated in the tranquil area of Tersanas- Akrotiri right next to the cosmopolitan City of Chania. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 spacious bedrooms distributed on three levels. The second floor consists of the kitchen, the main living room and two en suite bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds that can become double according to your needs. On the higher floor there is one more double bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a second kitchen with a dining area and two double bedrooms at the pool level.
The property has a private pool that seems to float on the endless blue that lies beneath; needless to say that you will be enjoying the most beautiful sunsets in your life. It also has a garden with lawn, flowers and herbs, spacious furnished terraces, a BBQ with a dining area.
The villa is located right next to the City of Chania, the capital of the homonymous prefecture and the second largest city of the island. Its fame has travelled beyond Crete (even beyond Greece), as a destination that perfectly combines Mediterranean and cosmopolitan features to create a unique mix.
Of course, Venetian features prevail, especially in the Old Town and the Old Port, still in Chania you will also come across Renaissance, Byzantine and Ottoman buildings and monuments.
Just outside Chania there is an ancient city called Kydonia. It used to be one of the most important city-states of the Minoan Civilization and perhaps the largest one, stretching from the sea to the White Mountains.

We spent one week of our holidays in that villa. The location was great. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool let us have a nice time during the hot days. The water in the pool was warmed well by the sun, I would say it was even a title bit too warm. The access to the sea was quite difficult but with a little bit effort we were able to jump in to the blue sea from the rocky ... more
