 Villa Terra Creta is an aesthetically designed holiday villa, built on 3 separate levels with tasteful interiors and five elegantly appointed bedrooms (including a separate studio) located in an elevated spot over Chania city, offering a world of authentic experiences where each moment has its value for leisure travelers and big family, ideal also to host special occasions, corporate parties, weddings and social gatherings with capacity to sleep 11 guests. The balmy weather of Greece is great for hosting your own evening barbecue or private party by the pool pavilion and getting the best tan without having to go far from your holiday home, while for the cooler months, the pool can be heated upon request.

 Villa Terra Creta consists of the epitome of elegance that flows throughout the indoor and outdoor living space. In the age of home-tel concept, this villa combines designer lounges, a presidential suite, gym & spa facilities, and outstanding premises you would come to expect from a 5-star hotel. The interior is adorned with warm colour tones, plush fabrics and polished floors, decorated with hand-picked furniture and objects from all over the world, with two separate living rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire exterior is the ultimate outdoor living space, including an infinity pool, a jacuzzi bathtub, a pool bar, an outdoor kitchen, multiple sitting and dining areas, gardens, and alleys. Enjoy a cushioned sitting lounge inspired by the Ottoman Empire with ancient ruins for massage treatments or meditation practice.

-Change over days only Saturdays from June 1st to September 13th

-Heated Pool: Extra charge 1500 Euros per week.

-The main house can accommodate up to 12 guests. A separate flat is available for 2 extra guests upon request, with a charge of 3000 euros per week's stay,(Winter&Autumn) and 3500 euros per week's stay (Spring-Summer) which is not included in the price.

 -Underfloor heating, if required, 350 euros per week.

Villa Terra Creta is settled in one of the most remarkable places in Greece, built amphitheatrically in Halepa district ovelooking the sea, the mountains and Chania city. The setting perfect to dicover the hidden treasures of Chania and its broader area, a crossroad of people and cultures. Venizelos family tombs in Akrotiri area is a popular spot  set in a pretty park, next to the Venetian church of Prophet Elias. Koukouvaya is also known for serving famous greek sweets and amazing views and Bourakas in Kounoupidiana village has a special recipe for making Boureki, a local delicacy you should try. The Old Harbour and Aghia Marina Beach are the first things you hear about, while Stavros and Kalathas are a couple of lovely coves you can visit close to villa. A visit to the beautiful beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi will be unforgettable!

EVENTS-CEREMONIES (Rental of outdoor area)
As a standard policy, set-up & dismantle time on the event day is included in the rental prices. For set up requirements on before-event day advance notice and approval upon booking is required and additional fee applies.
SET UP
•Event furniture and special lights are NOT included and must be provided by Customer.
•Villa Outdoor furniture is removed, and space is handed ready for set up as standard policy. If the Customer requires villa outdoor furniture to remain there is an additional service charge.
•No structural changes nor drilling is allowed on premises.
•Tents for raining conditions must be provided by the Customer.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
•Villa restrooms (2 ground floor & 1 exterior) are included with cleaning service throughout the event.
•Technical support & cleaning service will be available throughout the event.
•Third-party liability insurance.
OPERATING HOURS
Our villa is available for events from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the day after
MUSIC
Music can be played until 1:00 a.m. at moderate volume. After that music at lower volume can be extended upon prior request.
RESTRICTIONS
The villa is situated among forest trees. Fireworks, lanterns, and fire-shows are NOT allowed in the villa.
Wheel-chair access is limited but not prohibited. We need to know in advance your special requirements to ensure access in event areas & restrooms.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS RENTAL RATES 2023
The below rates are estimated for events of up to 50 people.
For additional guests please, expect an extra charge of 500 € for up to 10 additional guests, across all categories.
3.300 € from April 9 until May 13, 2023 (up to 50 pax)
3.500 € from May 14 until June 10 and from October 1 until October 28, 2023 (up to 50 pax)
4.000 € from June 11 until September 30, 2023 (up to 50 pax)
The above rates include removal of outdoor furniture, cleaning, and technical support services during and after the event.
-In order to host a wedding event, the minimum stay of the property must be booked

Stunning. Absolutely stunning! Great place for families (or groups of families actually) who are seeking privacy and a paradise to relax. We wanted to visit the entire island and ended up barely leaving the property because we liked it so much. The kids loved the pool, the garden and the gym. The jacuzzi was a bonus! And if you're into art, this place looks like a gallery.
