This Greek luxury villa is in the popular holiday region of Chania, close to the town of Kissamos. The holiday rental is perfect for family and friends to relax in and enjoy the magnificence of the Cretan coast. 

The Sea Breeze luxury villa’s living room is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating and a 42" Smart TV with satellite. There are also air conditioning, game consoles, and board games available for the guests’ benefit. The open-plan layout of the luxury villa means the living room leads onto the dining area, which is tastefully furnished with a large, contemporary dining suite and appealing lighting. 

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the required appliances and amenities, including a 4-ring stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso. There is a laundry and a playroom on the lower ground floor of the villa.

The Sea Breeze villa consists of three levels, with 1 king-size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor and 1 king-size bedroom on the upper floor. All the villa’s bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms equipped with toiletries and towels for guests’ use. There are also hair dryers and a safety box provided, and the holiday accommodation offers a discreet cleaning service. In addition, there are 2 guest WCs in the villa.

This Greek luxury villa has an exquisite outside entertainment area, complete with a large swimming pool, outdoor seating and dining facilities, an electric barbeque, and an outdoor shower. There is also private parking for guests of the holiday villa and Wi-Fi on site.

Location

Sea Breeze is between Falassarna and Balo, in the fashionable holiday region of Chania on the Island of Crete. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery for the visitors’ convenience within 3 km of the villa. The trendy town of Kissamos is just 8 km away and local attractions include Balos Lagoon, Kedrodasos Beach and Kedar Forest, the Ancient City of Polyrinia, the Archaeological Museum of Kissamos, and the unique Komolithi geologic formations. 

The town has a number of taverns with local fare and a couple of popular cafés, with The old Tsegas, a popular fish tavern, a mere 7.3 km from the villa. 

The Health Center of Kissamos is a 9.2 km drive and Chania city, a charming city known for its stunning architecture, is a little over 60 km away. This famous Cretan resort city also hosts the Chania International Airport and General Hospital St George.
