Villa Kyma accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms, each with large windows framing beautiful sea or mountain views. Four bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, while the fifth is conveniently served by an elegant standalone bathroom.
1. Seafront Master Bedroom – Pool Level
This elegant master bedroom offers direct access to the pool area, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the stunning seafront views at any time of day. A distinctive stone wall leads to a wellness shower and an ensuite toilet, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The room features a premium double bed fitted with a high-quality Dunlopillo mattress (160×210×21 cm), ensuring superior comfort.
2. Seafront Master Bedroom with Designer Bathtub – First Floor
Located on the first floor, this exclusive master bedroom opens onto a large private terrace with sweeping sea views. The spacious room includes a double bed with a Dunlopillo mattress (170×200×21 cm) and a freestanding designer bathtub positioned to offer a unique bathing experience overlooking the sea. Originally planned as two separate rooms, it was transformed into a luxurious suite with an ensuite shower and toilet.
3. Seafront Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom
This beautifully designed seafront bedroom features direct access to the upper-floor terrace, offering impressive views of the coastline. A glass-brick wellness shower adds a stylish touch to the ensuite bathroom, while illuminated designer bedside tables create a cozy ambiance at night. The room includes two high-end Morpheus mattresses (90×200 cm), providing flexibility and maximum comfort.

With captivating views of the natural Cretan landscape and the White Mountains in the distance, this master bedroom embodies tranquillity and comfort. Its standout feature is the snail-shaped wellness shower equipped with six jets, offering a rejuvenating spa-like experience. The room is furnished with a double bed featuring a premium Morpheus mattress (160×200 cm).
5. Seafront Bedroom with Dedicated Bathroom
This modern seafront bedroom provides access to the upper-floor terrace, allowing guests to enjoy serene sea views right from their room. It includes two comfortable Morpheus beds (90×200 cm), making it ideal for friends or family members travelling together. A dedicated bathroom located just next door ensures convenience and privacy.
Important note:
1) The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 500 euros per week in October, November, April, and May, to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Respectively, 700 EUR/week from December to March to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
2) A security deposit of EUR 850 is required to book this property, which will be refunded to you within 72 hours of check-out.
3) Check-in and check-out are possible only on Saturdays
