The villa offers a comfortable living area, stylishly furnished with ample seating, a 53-inch Smart TV, and a sound system with Bluetooth speakers. The internet speed at the property is 50 Mbps. In addition, air conditioning is available to keep friends and family comfortable throughout their stay.
Villa Salmostro features a trendy, modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. For added convenience, there is also a mixer, blender, water filter, juicer, and egg cooker. An inviting dining area with ample seating is sheltered by a large pergola.
The villa consists of 2 individual apartments connected by an external stair case; there is no internal connection between them.
The upper apartment includes a kitchen and living room with direct access to the patio and pool area, a dining table, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 spacious bathroom.
The lower (basement) apartment consists of a living room, a dedicated workspace, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, and 1 spacious bathroom.
All bedrooms have private balconies, air conditioning, and a safe for guests’ use. 2 towels per guest and a hairdryer are provided. Additionally, cleaning service is offered once a week. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The spacious outdoor area features a swimming pool set within a serene garden, the ideal setting for families to enjoy quality time while vacationing in Crete. There is a large outdoor entertainment area with a gas BBQ grill and dining space, along with casual seating and a children’s play area. A football table is also available for guests’ enjoyment. The villa provides parking space for 2 cars.
