Panoramic Sea Views in Archos Villa

We had a lovely stay! Manos and John were excellent hosts. The villa is great with gorgeous views and beautiful gardens. The village has a lovely Taverna and Rethymno is a lively town. Would recommend!

We stayed at the villa with a group of eight boys and had a great time. It's a beautiful villa with plenty of space, peace and quiet, and a great view of the sea and the sunset. The owner was also very nice and helpful, and provided us with raki and a small welcome snack upon arrival. Overall, we had an unforgettable vacation at this accommodation! We would definitely stay again!

Het huis is geweldig en voldoet helemaal aan de verwachtingen en de foto's. Er is niets wat ontbreekt, helemaal compleet. Er wordt ook schoongemaakt wat keurig gebeurt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa. Hier wird ein super Service angeboten. Während wir da waren, wurde das Haus zweimal gereinigt sowie die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Der Pool wird ebenfalls regelmäßig kontrolliert. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Fantastic villa in a beautiful location, everything considered including fresh olive oil from the gardens ! Well equipped & very well presented. Our host was amazing- thank you ! Generally a great villa - was perhaps luxury 5 years ago, but a few minor points for us would drop it down a notch currently. We had a wonderful stay at Agia Triada with our family of 4. The weather was a bit too cold for the pool but the kids had lots of fun outside and in with the toys and games provided. The property is very clean and quiet and John was very responsive when we had a small problem with the water, he fixed it within 15 minutes. Kreta hat uns am 15. Oktober 22 mit dem stärksten Unwetter seit Jahren empfangen, der Flughafen in Heraklon war stundenlang vor Ankunft geschlossen. Το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες, υπέροχο! Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι ήταν καταπληκτικοί, τα παιδιά ενθουσιάστηκαν και πέρασαν 4 μέρες κοντά στη φύση. Κάτι ακόμη που απολαύσαμε ήταν το μπιλιάρδο που βρίσκεται στον κάτω όροφο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και φιλόξενος. Θα ξαναπηγαιναμε σίγουρα!!

This is an amazing villa all around. Everything was spotless and great, from the pool, the pool table , furniture. Only few things that could've been better to make it a perfect stay : 1. Wir waren mit 8 Leuten in der Villa und unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt um sich eine schöne Zeit zu machen. Um sich flexibel auf der Insel zu bewegen sollte man sich aber definitiv ein Mietwagen buchen, da das Haus schon etwas abseits liegt. Für uns war das perfekt, weil man keine Rücksicht auf die eigene Lautstärke nehmen musste. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben mit vier Personen in der Villa Archos vom 4.-16-Sept 22 unsere Ferien verbracht. John hat uns so gut wie möglich versucht zu betreuen. A really Beautiful villa set in a perfect location amongst olive groves, peaceful and rural but only a short drive into the town and local beaches. The pool and full-size pool table were very much appreciated, especially by the younger members of our party. The welcome pack including Cretan snacks was a lovely introduction to the cuisine. Everything about Villa Archos was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with all the things you need, comfy beds, aircon, pool table, multiple fridges to keep your Mythos cold on each floor! Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön! Es sieht in der Realität besser aus, als auf den Bildern. Wir waren zu 8 Personen dort und die Größe des Hauses war ideal. Es ist komplett ruhig gelegen, ein Auto also definitiv empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Very comfy stay at the Villa. The plot and premises in general were perfect size for three families traveling together. The property owner, John was really helpful and responsive to all the needs we had. Car is recommended for getting around.

We had a really good time! The house is beautiful, very neat and larger than expected. The service was really good as well, with regular house cleaning, groceries and local tips included. The house is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view and close to several nice beaches, Rethymnon and the necessary facilities (like supermarkets). This villa was perfect for us - a group of 7 young people. There’s a great pool, pool table, games and beautiful views. It is a bit far out from anything but we hired a car and this made food shopping easy so it wasn’t a huge problem. All in all great villa, great hosts and we had a fab time!

it's a lovely house with a lot of extra's like the swimmingpool and the pooltable. Fresh lemons and figs right from the garden on your plate. Unfortunately we had soms inconvenience with the water but Mr Yannis was very helpfull to fix the problems. We had a lovely holiday.

The villa was great. Really enjoyed sitting up on the top terrace and watching the sunset. So much space and we were greeted with an amazing spread and some traditional Raki. Really thoughtful touches. Only downside was the lack of water in the mornings but that was a local issue.

The villa was fine and the owner Mr Yiannis was very nice at our arrival and very helpful in supplying us with some food and advice on where/what to do. The swimming pool was kept clean every night by the owner and the pool in the basement is a bonus to spend some time. Very nice experience and we hope to return soon.

Overall experience staying there one word would describe it all. Peaceful!! We travelled last year to Crete and decided to stay at archos villa. It was the only place that suited for two families, had all the facilities we needed and yet was in a close distance from capital city (Rethymno). Definitely the best value for money ratio highly Recomended. (Posted on Tripadvisor)
