Dafni Villa is a four-bedroom and three-bathroom vacation villa situated over a small coastal village and surrounded by the green hills of olive groves. Aiming to provide guests with a perfectly comfortable and relaxed stay, its exclusive position draws attention. Daphni Villa is an entire independent villa with a garden and private pool in a privileged location just a short distance away from sandy beaches, tavernas and Rethymno town, a standout summer destination. Indoors, the villa has two floors and can accommodate up to 8 guests: the ground floor is composed of a living room with a suite, satellite color TV and open fireplace, a dining area with an integrated open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a bathroom with a shower and a storage room. The first floor, reached by a staircase is composed of a second bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a third bedroom with two single beds and balcony, a bathroom with a bath-tub and a fourth bedroom with a separate bathroom. Framed by wooden walls, the outdoor space of Dafni Villa is perfect to spread out, relax and gaze at the endless blue of the sea and sky. A 40m2 swimming-pool with paddling-pool, a sun terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a garden and a BBQ can be used as an outdoor living and dining area for grill meals. With its own plot and amazing panoramic views, Dafni Villa’s geographical position, even though quiet, and secluded, allows you to easily travel to the beautiful little settlement of Gerani, and the long sandy beaches of Petres, Kavros or Giorgioupolis.
