Newly built villa Camellia is located in the outskirts of Rethymno, at the small village of Atsipopoulo. It has elegantly decorated exterior areas with a cozy swimming pool and it is surrounded by a stone wall fence ensuring your privacy and peace.
Camellia villa in the village has easy access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A rental car is also not essential because there is bus transportation from and to the village every hour.
The exterior areas have a square swimming pool, surrounded by sun beds and a stone built BBQ area under a sun blocking pergola with lounge furniture.
On the ground floor there are two spacious decorated living rooms with air condition, TV, internet Wifi and a dining area with a large wooden table and a fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a WC/shower. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in its two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with a shared WC/bathroom located on the upper level. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony and offer village and landscape views.
