This deluxe residence rests within an expansive grove garden and included a two-level residence built on a 2000sqm plot with a 50m2 outdoor swimming pool, plus a patio with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining table ideal for hosting your next event! The 330m2 interior area is built on two levels; four bedrooms (all en-suite) plus 4 folding beds which can be placed in each bedroom, offer maximum comfort on the ground floor, while a staircase leads on the lower ground floor, where the large living and dining area are accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen, however a sparkling indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi and reverse swim jet is what makes this space so unique and luxury. Two bedrooms (en-suite with showers) are also located on this level, with access to the outside area. Meet the day with a refreshing swim before coffee and alfresco breakfast on the terrace and catch up on some reading on a comfy sofa beneath the shades. A wooded ceiling patio is great to enjoy the Cretan climate more, equipped with a BBQ kitchen and a dining table to host 16 guests.
