We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Thea for a week with our family of 12 (10 adults/kids and 2 babies). Nik, the owner was super friendly and helped us with all our needs (even installing a safety net for the babies and a new curtain in one of the rooms). The Villa itself is amazing and comes fully packed with everything you'll need. Highly recommend!
