Description

When it comes for those precious summer days that are meant to offer you peace of mind and fill your batteries for the year to come, luxury alone does not do the job. You need to treat your senses with an unexpected experience. How about a cement-free, totally untouched environment? How about getting out of bed and into the sea in front of you? How about having no lights blocking the light of the starts in the night?

The newly built Emerald Villa (part of a 3-villa complex) is located in the middle of a very large plot with direct access to the beach (no more than 50m away). The beach has crystal clear waters, while "Almirikia" (= the salty tree), a type of tree that grows by the sand, are present along the shore.

Villa Emerald has two floors and sleeps up to 8 people. On the ground level there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with a private bathroom and a balcony with sea view. Moreover, in the basement there is a third bedroom with bathroom(no windows), which can be used as a fourth bedroom if needed.

The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool (40 sq.m.), a private parking, a half-acre garden with lovely flowers and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue.

Important Notice:

-Please note that the 4th bedroom is located in the basement and has no windows or balcony.

-In case you travel with your pet, we have a refundable deposit of 300 euros for any damages.

Location

Emerald Villa is located 22 km west of Chania City, in a secluded and virgin environment, just a few meters from the Mediterranean Sea.

Still, it is not isolated. The famous Platanias, the center of Chania's night life for locals and vacationers caters to all tastes. Night clubs, restaurants, tavernas and a variety of shops are only ten kilometers away.

The small town of Tavronitis is just three kilometers away from the villas, while Colymbari, a small village famous for its seafood tavernas, is two kilometers away.

And of course, Chania City is the second largest and possibly the most beautiful city in Crete, is a ten-minute drive.

While you are staying in Emerald Villa, it is worth visiting the "Lady of Angels" Monastery , which is one kilometer away, or if you are up to it, climb the nearby hill to see the monument dedicated to officers, who died in WWII. The sunset from there is wonderful.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison de Manos qui est un super hôte, très disponible et attentionné (un panier de bienvenue avec légumes frais, sauce tomate, pates, biscuits, etc...nous attendait à notre arrivée) .
