It was just perfect!

Great spot to explore Crete. Lovely set up to return to after fun days out. Extra touch was kitchen stocked with food and drinks for us when we arrived.

We had a great week in the villa. We especially liked the outdoor area with the huge pool, basketball hoop and barbecue area.

Maison parfaite pour un grand groupe, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et dans un magnifique cadre. Parfaitement située au calme à l'écart de la ville, tout en restant proche de bons restaurants, supermarchés et de Rethymnon. Manos est toujours très réactif, ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Lovely villa with great views of the mountains, olive groves and sea. Pool area great for relaxing and sunbathing surrounded by a well tended garden. As the villa is on several levels there are a lot of steps that are not ideal for younger toddlers and the pool shallow end would be too deep for children under 1m tall. We are a family of 3 generations, aged from 14 to 71. Everyone had a wonderful time. It was very hot indeed during our stay but the air conditioned bedrooms and the beautiful pool saved us! A great accommodation for groups up to 12-13 people. The house has all the desired amenities. The view is phenomenal. Swimming pool and other outdoor facilities are fine. The cytrus fruits from our own garden: delicious. The house is a bit outside, so enthusiastic youth will not cause any nuisance to the environment. Rethymnon can be reached within fifteen minutes by car.

Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich gastfreundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Villa und Außenanlagen sind sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool ist toll. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen.

This is a great villa - the pool is large, the view is beautiful and it is well equipped. Communication was good throughout.

We spent 11 days in the villa in August with 10 people from two families and we absolutely loved it and really the pictures dont quite do it justice. You can have holiday just for you and your family/friends. There is lots of space int house and the yard. You are in few minutes in the supermarket by car. And it is equally close to Chania and Heraklion. Our hosts were very friendly! Maybe with this price the kitchen should have more equipment's like a toaster or plastic box for food.

We were a group of 12 young adults (28–33), and we had the best time in the villa. We really enjoyed both the beautiful pool and the basket ball court. Really lovely villa in a quite and private location, Babis the owner is so friendly and helpful, had fridges stocked with water and soft drinks and fresh local fruit on our arrival and he is available for you 24/7! The house is very well equipped and totally met our needs. We were three families with six children. All the children slept in one room on the ground floor and the three parents slept in the three rooms on the upper floor. Really easy communication and booking. The villa has a lovely big pool and a great basketball pitch. I would say you definitely need a car, we had one and used it every day. The local restaurant Romeo and Juliet is fab and the beat meals we had.

Villa Anna was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The villa comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed our stay very much. Menios and Nikos were very helpful. The villa is a bit far from the center but in another hand offered us lot of intimacy. The extra beds were not confortable at all. To finish it will be good to renew some kitchen tools. Despite this we recommend this beautiful villa.

This has been the perfect family villa!!! The villa has been designed and built to a very high standard. It was very clean when we arrived. We were given a warm welcome with lovely cakes. Enjoyed a very relaxing week in early June2019 with family. We took top 2/3 of villa being only five of us and had LOTS of room - loved the wrap round balconies. Villa has virtually everything, although a couple of bicycles would have been useful as the villa is quite a walk from anywhere, especially in the heat! Car I think is essential! Bel emplacement endroit très calme et reposant. Très belle piscine, eau 29° en juin. Aire de jeux appréciée par les enfants. A revoir le mobilier de terrasse lourd et peu pratique. Pas de climatisation dans la pièce principale.

It was e wonderfull house. All the facilities were there. Enough space in the bedrooms, enough closets, enough space to store your stuff. The house is good situated, near a small village with some good restaurants and the beach is only 7km away. We were ther at the end of Octobre. The weather was nice, only the swimming pool was a little bit cold. That was a pity.

A fantastic villa for families or large groups. We stayed here with 8 adults and 2 babies and had a brilliant time. Large enough to hold all of us comfortably inside and for meals and the pool was gorgeous - great space for chilling and entertaining the little ones. A beautiful villa and great for our party of 9 people plus 2 babies. We had terrible weather (first time it has rained in 7 months- unlucky!!) so spent a lot of time indoors in the villa which was comfy and spacious for us all. Nice place with great pool. There was no cleaning of house or change of sheets during the week we stayed there, eventhough we said so when we rented it. Problems with doorhandels falling of, which owner tried to fix, without succes.

This is an excellent villa 15 minutes walk from Asteri, a tiny village. It is very remote so prepare yourself for that. The accommodation in the main house is very good. It is a lovely modern house. Sheet/Towel changes are very good although i would recommend a more thorough clean once in the two weeks (floors brushed and mopped/toilets cleaned etc). It is a lovely villa and most suitable for a family holiday especially for a large family! Great also for children and the swimming pool is excellent and is cleaned regularly. The gardens also lovely with citrus trees and vine. Good place to explore the west of Crete.
