We'd also like to highlight the communication with Evangelia, who not only welcomed us very warmly, but even prepared a delicious, local oven-baked dish (stuffed peppers and tomatoes, vegetarian). She also provided a basket of groceries, so we didn't have to buy essentials (including tea, coffee, milk, water, fruit, spices, etc.). The pre-arrival on-line information was excellent and covered everything we needed to know and the hosts checked in to make sure everything was OK too.
