Upon the online check-in the Guest will be asked to provide a Security Deposit Amount as a Security for the Owner/Caretaker of the property that the Guest will comply with all the terms and conditions of his booking.

The Security Deposit will be made via our trusted partner, without debit on the guest's account. Upon Guest's check-out date, the Owner/Caretaker will inspect and document the condition of the Guests stay at the property and follow one of the bellow two actions. The Security Deposit will be valid for up to 7 days of our Guest's check out date.

1. If the Tenant has complied with all terms of his booking and returns the property to the Owner/Caretaker in the same good condition as when the Guest moved into the property, the Owner/Caretaker will inform CreteVillas4U and the security deposit will be released.
2. In the case of damages caused by the Guest while staying in the property, the Owner/Caretaker may use the Security Deposit to pay for damages.

If the Guest breaks or otherwise violates his booking prior to the official check-out date, the Owner/Caretaker may be able to keep all or part of this Security Deposit to cover unpaid rent.

• Veuillez noter que la température de la piscine chauffée peut être d'environ 5 degrés Celsius plus élevée que la température ambiante.

À partir du 1er janvier 2024, une nouvelle « taxe environnementale » doit être payée en espèces au propriétaire de la villa à son arrivée. Les frais sont les suivants :

• De novembre à février : 0 € par nuit
• De mars à octobre : 0 € par nuit

• Utilisation du terrain de la villa, électricité, eau etc
• Enlèvement des transats, parasols etc dans la zone de la fête ou de la cérémonie
• Personne de nettoyage pour le toilettes pendant 3-4 heures
• Nettoyage de la villa le lendemain
• Repositionnement de tous les transats etc
