We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and remarked afterwards that this is probably the nicest place we've ever stayed at! The property seems immaculately maintained. The infinity pool (though too cold for us to swim in May), was beautiful, and outside of an electric pole, offered incredible views of the bay/sea. This villa is an absolute most, exactly like in the pictures very well equipped and designed to the detail. Some pastries as well as several food and beverages were left as as courtesy which was a very pleasant surprise. Manos et son équipe ont été adorables et toujours a l’écoute de nos questions. L’intérieur est decoré avec soin et dispose de toutes les commodités que l'on peut attendre. La pisicne à débordement face a la mer est splendide et apporte un vrai plus à ce logement ! Nous recommendons sans hésiter !

The house is beautiful and positioned above a beautiful bay with lovely Tavernas.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Thea! The place was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Would definitely stay here again. This Villa is roughly 25 minutes from Downtown Heraklion and about 2 hours from Chania. The pool was a little chilly so we were unable to go in. Overall loved our stay with Villa Thea.

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. The communication with the host(s) was perfect and everything was well organised. Approximately 30min away from Heraklion in the north. Approximately 3hrs to Balos Beach or Elafonissi. We really enjoyed our stay there and the villa is highly recommended.

The villa was a hidden gem. My girlfriend and I had a fantastic week here. We chilled out by the pool most days and a very relaxing holiday. Everything was pretty good. Very nice villa near located to a small beach which is not crowded. If you prefer to stay in the villa you have a very nice pool and places to enjoy the sun. Supermarket is nearby as well if you dont have a car. Service was excellent - lot of nice tips for restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful luxurious villa with great view! Besides the warm hospitality, we also enjoyed a variety of great options with things to do. Manos provided us with a link to our personal guide, where we could book massages, a privater trainer, and many other things. We can highly recommend the Villa, especially for longer vacations!

Very nice and new location with a stunning view. It would be good to have some more protection (maybe plants) to the left and right side of the pool and a kind of wall towards the parking slot to guarantee more privacy. That would complete this wonderful villa. Thanks a lot for this recovering stay.

our stay was absolutely amazing. the villa is beautiful, very clean with everything you need, and an incredible view. Manos and his collaborator were very available and very kind. Crete island is amaizing, the only problem was that the villa is a little far away from the essential places (elafonissi beach, Chania…) but near to Heraklion.
