Fantastic villa. Its exactly what our 7 adults and 2 children family needed. They made the stairs as safe as possible with stair gates. The path down to the beach was perfect. It was overgrown but you could still get down to the beach, which had 2 beach bars. The only downside to it was how far away it was to the center of Rethymnon. €20 for a taxi in and the bus service was non existent but maybe... more

Very nice house in great location! We went there with a lot of siblings plus their kids. Just one hour to either airport means it was simple to organise any travel. There is a super market and restaurant next door which makes groceries very easy, yet the house location is privat and cozy. Manos was a great host: very helpful and always quick to respond. We can definitely recommend this house!

Full stars. The house was as in the pictured. Beach very close and a small pool cozy. The beach is incredibly fine, 100 m from the beach you still can walk on a fine sandy bottom. We had an amazing time at Irene Villa, Melissa, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. He made sure we were settled and helped is with a lot of useful information and he was always available to help us. The villa itself is very well maintained and managed, very spacious and well embellished with modern facilities. It was an excellent experience throughout.

We stayed 10 people, four couples and two teenagers, at Villa Irene in October 2020. We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed very much the villa and the beach. The rooms were nice with balconies, aircon and great views. Great location, right on the beach, big villa, with a huge living room, big pool, everything you need in the kitchen. Menios, our host, was very helpfull everytime we needed, we received a lot of good advices about nearby attractions. One of the best vacations we had.

We had a lovely family holiday in Villa Irene for two weeks in September, 2019. The Villa was very spacious ans clean with plenty of outdoor space, and was fully equipped with all mod cons. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Irene. The accommodations were good, especially the spacious common areas inside and the balconies outside. We especially enjoyed the in-ground pool for relaxing and cooling off. The location within walking distance of restaurants and the super market were also a plus.

This was a very big an nice house with nice people all around. Clean, if needed with air condition and a big kitchen. the Pool was the center of all activities, especially for the kids. The beach is nearby - for children better walk 3 minutes. If you need town-activities you need to go 15 minutes by car. shop and restaurants nearby. highly recommended.

“My big family and I (8 adaults and four children) spent one week in the house. Everything was great: the pool, close to the beach, perfect outside dining area and ACs in all the bedrooms. We cooked the food at home and used the BBQ everyday wich is perfect for big families. I would recomend big familys or groups of friends to visit this house!”

Our holidays in this villa was wonderful. The view was breathtaking (all the family used to watch the sunset from the balcony while taking a drink). The house is huge and the kitchen well-equiped. We especially loved the swimming pool and the very near beach ! Also the welcome was very warm, Manos gave us good advices to visit the neighbourhood. Thank you !

Very spacious villa close to a quiet beach. Conveniently located with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Hosts are very friendly and prompt in replies and made us feel very welcome. When we arrived we already found a full refrigerator with drinks, fruits, and other nice surprises. We also received a lot of tips for dining, car rental and activities.

Sehr herzlich wurden wir mit einem BBQ in Empfang genommen - ein anstrengender Tag war vorbei, wir sind leider mit neun Stunden Verspätung angekommen.
