The traditional natural stone holiday villa 'Villa Chrissie Marie' was rebuilt from the foundations with great attention to detail in the Cretan style, taking into account today's modernity.

The heated and private soft saltwater pool with SPA area and sundeck has been added. The pool measures 5.00mx 4.00mx 1.10m and is ideal for refreshing and cooling off.

The entire Villa Chrissie Marie is equipped with the latest heating and cooling technology / Fancoil system. This system not only provides a pleasant coolness in the summer months, but also provides a cozy warmth for a winter stay.

You park your rental car in the private car lot in front of Villa Chrissie Marie, where the garden of the house invites you to enjoy the first moment of your vacation with roses, herbs, shrubs and vine tendrils! This also contributes to the beautiful seating area in front of the house.

Completely renovated in 2018, Villa Chrissie Marie welcomes you to the upper entrance area with white plank floor. Bright and flooded with light is the spacious kitchen with Cretan sofa and dining table. The kitchen is complete and sufficiently equipped with: dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, juicer, bar blender, hand mixer, iron / ironing board, microwave etc. The stove (gas-e combination) and oven are from the company SMEG. The large fridge also has a large freezer.

Only two steps lead you to the sleeping loft, the covered terrace and the adjacent bathroom with bathtub. Directly from the 1.80 m wide double bed / unlimited with new 3-layer comfort COCO-Mat mattress, you have a breathtaking view of the Messara Plain and the Ida Mountains and the Psiloritis the highest mountain in Crete. The bathroom has another "highlight" the 'Minoan' bathtub, natural stone sink and many other nice details.

From the living-kitchen area with ceiling fan, the covered outside staircase leads you to the newly landscaped lower area of the house. The extension of the upper roof terrace has created a beautiful bright entrance hall overlooking the pool area.

In the lower part of the house you will find two bright and spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, each one double bed 1.60 mx 2.00 m and a new 2 and 3 layer COCO-Mat mattress, wardrobe, bedside table as well as a separate En Suite shower room / WC.

All beds are unlimited on the edge of the bed!

The house can accommodate up to 6 people very comfortably.

From the right bedroom you enter the former Patatirio = wine stomping room. This bright and spacious shower room has standard additions: washing machine, tumble dryer, vanity, hairdryer, spacious shower and toilet. We also offer bath amenitis like shower soap and shampoo.

Villa Chrissie Marie is a "hillside house" and opens upon entering the villa, not only a fantastic view of the Ida Mountains, but also on the new heatable private salt filter pool, measuring 5.00 mx 4.00 mx 1.10 m, as well as on the new resulting sun deck with comfortable sun loungers.

So that the suitcase does not become too heavy, we provide you gladly free of charge the entire household linen and also shower face-hand harnesses and the pool - beach towels! The covered comfortable veranda offers: a day bed, comfortable seating at the table, shade and pool overlooking, beach / water toys, fireplace and grill, here you can enjoy your delicious BBQ or other culinary Cretan delights from the grill.

The property measures 350μ², the Villa Chrissie Marie has 120μ² living space.

In the Villa Chrissie Marie you will find: free Wi-Fi, the "house -bible"( Informationbook about the Villa and area), books, board games, Fancoil air conditioning, a satellite TV, DVD player, CD / MC radio player. The villa is equipped with every comfort such as Mosquito screens in front of all windows and doors, closets and ample storage space.

The equipment is upscale category. There is no through traffic at the road, located in a quiet location on the outskirts and also ideal for families with children.
