Description

Stone & Green Villa is luxurious without being extravagant. It offers total privacy without being remote. It is comfortable without being vast. In a few words, it is the golden section of all villa standards.

The villa can accommodate up to 5 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all modern appliances and utensils, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and big HDTV, one bedroom with semi double bed and a guests WC. Going up on the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with walk in hydro-massage cabin. The first floor also offers wonderful views on the large balcony.

On the outside, a large swimming pool will help you get through the hot days of the summer. The swimming pool has a children's corner, sun loungers and sun beds for deep relaxation. There is also a BBQ area with a dining table.

Location

Georgioupolis is one of the most popular summer resorts in Crete. It accommodates thousands of visitors every year who come to appreciate its long beach (just 2,5 km from the villa), its famous taverns and the idyllic harbor.

Georgioupolis is located right on the Northern Road Axis of Crete that connects you with every section of the island. It used to be a small fishing village which saw amazing growth due to its natural beauty and strategic location. Yet, it did not lose its original charm and tranquility; old eucalyptus trees and a small river that flows into the sea, create a distinctive and unique environment.

We had an excellent stay at Eva's house! The villa is very nice, modern and well equipped, with a great swimming pool. The house is in a really quiet neighborhood, not far from Georgioupoli where you can find some nice places to eat. Eva gave us a warm welcome and was always available to answer our questions during our stay. We've been lucky to find this house and we are glad with our choice!

Eva's house is beautifull and has a magnificent pool. The location of Eva's house is on a hill side with a beautifull view. Far away from the crowd to have all the rest and privacy you want. But close enough to all the nice places to drive there in a few minutes by car.
