Elea Villas consist of two separate residences. The main residence (145 sq.m.) lays on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom with an en-suite luxury spa bathroom and two twin bedrooms, sharing a luxury bathroom with rain shower and hydro massage). The upper floor apartment (80 sq.m.) can accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedded bedroom, with adjacent bathroom)
The fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen can cater to all your needs, while the spacious living area will offer you comfort and relaxation.
The two residences are only rented together, for parties of max 10 persons.
On the outside, Elea Villas feature a 25 sq.m. swimming pool with hydro massage, which can be heated at an extra cost, 150 sq.m. terrace and living area, a BBQ area with clay oven and a private parking space.
Important Notice:
The swimming pool can be heated with additional 350€ per week upon request for a minimum of 7 days.
